Symbol suggestions as someone types, in YH's legacy ResultSet shape, built for search boxes.

GET/v6/finance/autocomplete

Send your key in the x-api-key header. Try it in the browser with your own key.

Parameters

query
querystring
Text typed so far, 1–30 characters.
q
querystring
Alternative spelling of query; query wins when both are sent.

Also accepted, for compatibility with existing clients, and ignored: lang, region.

Behavior

  • Send the text as query or as q; a request with neither is a 400.
